• The concentration of CBD in the product itself: Even with products that do actually contain CBD, sometimes the concentrations are so low that the customer realizes no real benefit from consuming the product. If a product claims to have CBD, but has a price tag that seems significantly lower than what you might expect, it is worth investigating how much CBD the product actually contains. Reputable companies who truly care about providing pure, premium, and potent CBD products should be transparent about providing customers with all of the necessary information about the ingredients contained in the product they are purchasing and the concentration of those ingredients.
• The quality of the product: While the price is not always a reflection of quality, in many cases, particularly where CBD is concerned, the price might often reflect numerous factors that speak to the quality of the product itself. One of those factors might be the hemp that the product was sourced from and the methods used to grow it. Understandably, CBD that is sourced from proprietary strains of hemp carefully grown using all-natural farming methods will likely be priced higher than CBD sourced from more generic strains of hemp grown in large quantities using standard industrial farming methods. The same is true of the production process. CBD products created using more sophisticated extraction and purification methods will likely cost more than products that are not created with that attention to detail. It can be helpful to truly research the brand you are considering. Find out about the hemp they source their products from and the methods they use to manufacture their products. Doing so might help not only to understand the pricing, but also to provide peace of mind regarding your purchase.
