What is your refund and returns policy?
60-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re confident you’ll love our products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay.
Here’s how it works:
- Contact us within 60 days of receiving your order to request a full refund.
- No need to explain or justify your decision — your happiness is what matters most.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
What if my package arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll make it right quickly. Email help@pharmstrong.com with your order number, a brief description, and a clear photo of the issue — we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make updates or cancellations. Email help@pharmstrong.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once it ships, we’ll help you arrange a return or exchange if needed.
I didn’t receive my order confirmation or tracking email — what should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email help@pharmstrong.com with your name and order details — we’ll resend your confirmation right away.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day. During peak times (like holidays or major sales), it may take up to 3 business days — but never longer.
How do you ship orders?
We primarily use USPS for all orders, unless you select a faster option at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
How much is shipping?
- Free shipping on orders over $50
- For orders under $50, standard USPS rates apply
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, contact us — we’ll replace your order at no charge.
